A leaking roof merely shows that a problem exists. The challenge is to find out where ingress originates, and stop it as quickly as possible. But this may not be as easy and obvious as it may seem, especially across a large area of commercial roofing. Fortunately though, leak diagnosis and remediation is an area in which we excel, whether they originate in the roof or other elements of the building envelope.

We specialise in locating, analysing & investigating roof and wall leaks in commercial buildings of all types, particularly flat roof leak detection.  This stems from our knowledge of roofing and building techniques and materials, past and present.
